Professional Fees to Manage your Property

Property Management Fees

The Property Management Fees is 18,000/- per annum or 10% off the annual rent per annum (plus taxes as applicable by the Government Rules).
Locations:
- Applicable till Poonamallee on the South Side.
- Applicable till Villivakkam on North Side.
- All OMR till Kelambakkam & ECR
- Applicable till Tambaram Railway Station.
The Fees for Properties located beyond these location will be discussed and will be charged as per the services required.

Rental Assistance Fees

The rental assistance fee is an additional charged fee (for finding Tenant) to our Property Management clients.

Note:

(i) The Rental Assistance Fees of 1 Month rent is charged towards brokerage fee.
(ii) In case the tenant vacates before 33 months, we find another tenant and the rental assistance fee will not be charged.
(iii) We do not charge rental assistance fee for the tenants recommended by the Owner.
